What's a seat?

A seat is a user slot in your oroForge workspace. The Team plan comes with 10 seats, and you can add more in packs of 10 for $50/month per pack. You have full freedom to allocate and share seats however your workflow demands — across internal managers, engineers, or external collaborators like vendors and contract manufacturers.

What are the different user roles?

There are three roles in oroForge. Owners have full access to the platform including PLM data, payment information, and seat management. Engineers have read and write access to all PLM data. Viewers can view and download data but cannot make changes.

What counts toward my 3 BOM limit on the Free plan?

Each top-level BOM in your workspace counts as one toward the limit. Archived BOMs also count, so delete what you no longer need to free up space.

Is there a free trial for the Team plan?

The Free plan is the best way to try oroForge before committing. You get full access to core BOM management with no time limit — upgrade to Team whenever you're ready for agentic workflows and unlimited BOMs.

How does annual billing work?

Annual billing is $500/year for your base 10 seats — equivalent to 10 months at the monthly rate. Additional seat packs are also $500/pack/year. Plans are billed upfront.
